Himanshu leads IA Wealth's Dubai operations from the Sheikh Zayed Road office. With over 15 years in real estate investment advisory, he specialises in NRI property investments and Senior Living assets across India and UAE. He personally focuses on seller-side advisory for international Dubai property owners and has built one of Dubai's most active NRI buyer and seller networks.
Sachin co-founded IA Wealth Real Estate LLC and oversees transaction management and client servicing across the firm's portfolio. With deep experience in Dubai's secondary market and off-plan resale space, Sachin ensures every seller mandate is handled with precision and care.
Bharat brings extensive experience in real estate brokerage and client relationship management. As Director at IA Wealth Real Estate LLC, he oversees business development and strategic partnerships, accelerating the buyer-matching process for every listing.
